This year, RTS Technology Solutions celebrates 20 years in business. An anniversary like this allows us to reflect on the past yet encourages us to keep our eyes on the future.

Since January 1999, we’ve evolved into a complete technology solutions provider for businesses in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Corridor and have grown to a team of eight people. With all this growth, two major things have stayed the same: our commitment to our customers and values.

The RTS story is not complete without the support of our customers. We cherish the ability to build a true business partnership with them instead of solely providing a service. Our customers share new opportunities with us and challenge us to be better every day. For these reasons, we are incredibly grateful for their confidence in us and our abilities to help them achieve their goals.

In the next 20 years, all aspects of the technology world will continue to grow. We can’t predict the future, but it’s safe to say that technology will continue to change the lives of businesses and reshape the world. Forward thinking is needed to keep up with this pace, and RTS is ready to leverage technology to create solutions while keeping responsive, excellent service at the center of everything we do.
