A System and Network Administrator at RTS Technology Solutions is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure for our clients. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and related systems to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Monitor system and network performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions promptly.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across platforms.

Successful candidate will manage a wide range of Windows based servers, troubleshoot support issues, install new hardware and software, and support several ancillary systems. Clear and effective communication with clients and team members is essential, as is the ability to work independently.
Position responsibilities:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra multi-tenant environments
- Administrator Windows Server environments (Server 2012 – Server 2025), both physical and virtual (VMware)
- Provide network support, including firewall, router, VLANs, and wireless configurations
- Perform software and hardware installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/Windows Server Operating system issues
- Monitor and analyze system performance
- Assist in backup/data recovery strategies

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 - 4+ years of experience as a fulltime System Administrator
- Active Directory experience
- Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP
- Experience with Group Policy
